In January of 2001 I hit an icy patch on a curving bridge.  I hit the side of the bridge, then a cable fence after.  The lower control arm and wheel were bent from the bridge curb, the bumper, turn signal, headlight, foglights and grill were all damaged from the second hit.

It doesn't look so bad after being straightened.  Unfortunately, I never took any before pictures.

The left picture shows the only sheet metal damage.  You can see the damage done to the wheel from glancing off a bridge curb...

There is quite a bit of rot on this fender that was hidden by the SPG panel.  This fender will be replaced even thought the actual accident damage was small.
